Miller Nissan of Fairfield is horrible! I had the worst experience with Zach. He is a horrible sales associate. His customer service skills are horrible! He doesn't return phone calls when h I had the worst experience with Zach. He is a horrible sales associate. His customer service skills are horrible! He doesn't return phone calls when he says he will, and never answers his phone. I purchased a 2014 Altima. A couple days after purchasing a piece of plastic under the car fell apart. The cars backup cameras had issues. I went to apply exterior & interior protection and when I got home my passenger door wouldn't close shut, I called to speak with him and he was no help. Just stated that he doesn't know and to take it in to get serviced. Everyone in there walks around like everything is okay, they can care less about their customers. I do not recommend this dealer, well at least not the sales associate I dealt with. More
