We feel that he is honest, helpful, friendly, and very professional. Most importantly he always works hard to make our buying experience and easy one. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining the features of the Murano to me and offered to do the same for my husband who was not available on that day. Also, the only time I was available to pick up the Murano was not during Mr. Iannazo's normal hours. He stayed after and waited until everything was taken care of. I'm quite sure it was a long day for him and we appreciate his efforts. More
