Jay, I'm sorry you felt you were not treated properly at our dealership. For 53 years we have tried to satisfy our customers 100% of the time. Sometimes we fall short of a customers expectation. While we cannot undo the experience you had we can use your comments to better improve our handling of certain Service situations. I was informed by our service manger MIrwais Hotak that he spoke to Nissan several times about your brake issue and that they would not cover the repair because aftermarket brake parts had been installed on the vehicle. Have you tried contacting Nissan Corporate to see if they would reconsider covering the repair? Jeff is the Service Director not an HR staff. I spoke to him about your conversation. I think the point he was trying to get across was similar to that of a diagnosis of a doctor. You didn't agree with our diagnosis of your brake problem. We felt it was the correct diagnosis. I think what he was trying to suggest is if you don't like the diagnosis you got from us you were free to get a second opinion at another service facility. Like getting a second doctors opinion. Again, I am sorry that you had a negative experience with us but I appreciate your candid feedback. Kyle Miller
