I usually don't review but I keep getting emails asking me to, so... Nice folks, prompt replies. Told our appointment for a recall issue would take 1 hour. Upon arrival, we were told they would do an additional recall issue and the time was now 2 hours. We hunkered down in the crowded service lounge with our dog trying to figure out what to do for 2 hours. Twenty minutes later, we were told they were done. We got about 2 miles down the road and were called by Mike, to return to Miller's because the technician accidently left the MDP plugged into our Grand Cherokee. He said not to drive with it plugged in, but come back and he'd meet us in the lot. Before he hung up, I asked if we could unplug it! "Sure, unplug it". When we got back there, Mike stated he was afraid the vehicle would just stop. More
