First experience and we can't say enough nice things about Mike and the service department. My wife has a 2015 Dodge Durango with a lifetime warranty and when she recently had issues, we decided to t about Mike and the service department. My wife has a 2015 Dodge Durango with a lifetime warranty and when she recently had issues, we decided to try Miller Motors after we had terrible experiences in the past with two larger Chrysler/Dodge dealers in the surrounding area where we experienced extremely disappointing service, and it also took them 6-7 weeks to do non-complex repair work. We went in for what turned out to be the most extensive repairs we've had to have done so far with the radiator, water pump, a coolant leakage, and the rear hatch motor all needing work. Despite the multiple areas needing attention, Mike and the team had the car back to us within 8 days of drop-off and more importantly within 2 days of when they could first look at the car as we did not have a prescheduled appointment. Mike was polite, gave us a clear timeline and expectations up front, and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process and the work was completed in less time than initially communicated. Talk about a complete night and day difference from our past two dealer experiences, we will definitely be going back to Mike and the Team for future repair needs!  More
