I brought my F250 in with transmission issues. They told me it could be one of two things so they decided to reprogram the transmission for about 600 bucks. It did not work and I called the dealer They told me it could be one of two things so they decided to reprogram the transmission for about 600 bucks. It did not work and I called the dealership the next morning to let them know it did not work. I got sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail with Keith that this did not work And I have never heard anything since. They told me the other option would be to pull the transmission at my expense of approximately $3800 so they are just taking guesses with my money. I have read all over the Internet that this is a common problem, so I was surprised they could not correctly diagnose it. I was not going to leave a bad review because I was impressed with the dealership until this, but you keep begging for a review so this is what you got. More

As usual, I received great service. I really appreciated waiting in such a nicely renovated waiting room.
