The difficulty that I have with this dealership service department over and over again is that the communication is poor. More than one occasion the work that needs to be done is actually not completed. The car is turned back to me with the fix engine light still on. Nothing is said about it. Then when it went back to get a repair, they kept it overnight without consulting me. The excuse offered was that their texting system didn’t connect with my phone. I asked them to fix this. And Tuesday, ( the woman who is supposed to assist with this) is a bit snippy, promised to look into it, and did not get back to me. More
