Visited Miller Motors because of past positive experiences (both Sales and Service) with them. We went in to explore options to sell outright or trade our current vehicle. George Penzel, Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful, explaining our options in either case. Once we had made our decision, we asked to see a new 2024 Expedition Limited on the lot and Jay Passey, Salesman, helped us check out, test drive, and review features of the vehicle. Jay was completely knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to cover all the features of the specific vehicle, answering any and all questions. Once we made the decision to purchase, we worked with Jay to finalize purchase price and complete the purchase application and worked with Bob Heiser (in Finance) to complete the financing paperwork. As we had not originally planned to purchase on Day One, we arranged to bring in our trade, additional down payment, and pick up the vehicle in two days time. Jay committed to our appointment to deliver our new vehicle and we completed the deal and took deliver as scheduled. Once again, Jay was extremely helpful in reviewing all of the vehicles features, helped us pre-load our phones, and patiently answered a few additional questions we had. New Vehicle Manger, Travis Harder was also helpful in ensuring we were completely satisfied with our purchase. All in all, it was a great experience. We absolutely intend to continue our relationship with Miller Motors and their great staff. One more nice touch: Chris Miller, the owner of the dealership also took the time to say hello and chat for a few minutes. More
My husband and I bought our used 2022 Ford Explorer at Miller Motor Sales in Burlington, WI. Mike Asencio, Sales, made our buying experience a breeze. First, he listened to our needs and wants. He was inf Miller Motor Sales in Burlington, WI. Mike Asencio, Sales, made our buying experience a breeze. First, he listened to our needs and wants. He was informative, without being aggressive. The Explorer had everything we were looking for, especially that third row seat. At my request, Mike, at 6'3", climbed back to the third row, to prove that he could climb in, and could sit comfortably. Mike described the gadgets, and how they would relate for me and my husband's my life. Mike even offered for us to take the car home overnight. Driving on the highway, we put the Explorer to the test. It handled well, had plenty of pickup, and we tried out the amenities. Parking it in our home garage, alleviated some doubts, like getting through the door (fold-in mirrors), taking up too much space (it fit). My one word to describe the Ford Explorer is SAFE. The vehicle sits a little higher, which enables you to see over other cars and for you to be seen. Safe to drive on the Interstate, the Explorer is fast and easy to maneuver, with enough pick up power to enter from the on-ramp, and for passing. Safe to travel with our children, their spouses, and grandson. Mike had kept our best interests in mind. We felt he was an honest family man with integrity. We were comfortable asking questions and negotiating. Per Mike, the service department actually got a stain off the interior ceiling. Brandon Cooper, Finance Manager, was friendly, had our sales paperwork ready at our appointed time, and didn't rush the process. We had car shopped online, and in Kenosha, Racine, and Milwaukee. We test drove other brands. We found the Ford comparable to other, more luxury SUVs, but at a better value. We had a salesman in Racine who was pushy. We left. We were at a Milwaukee dealer, whose sales manager would not take one dime off of their price. We left. Then we took the drive to Miller Motors Sales, and spoke with a friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy salesman. We bought our Explorer. We strongly recommend taking the drive to Miller Motors in Burlington and asking for Mike Asencio, or calling ahead. We'll tell this to our families, our friends. We have Mike who wants us to call him, if we have any questions or problems. Because Mike Asencio, comes with the car. More
Dominic made this the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership! In fact it was so great that I bought my first car at a dealership opposed to the marketplace. You can tell that he's a genuinely good man who wants to do what's right by you. Immediately can tell his authenticity and was a true gentleman throughout the whole experience. Dominic was very knowledgeable about the car which was helpful with all of the questions my family and I had! There we a lot of questions too lol. I've only had the car for a day and have already done a 5 hour roadtrip! I needed something that would be reliable and in my price range and after a month of searching Miller Motors and Dominic made it happen! I would HIGHLY recommend Dominic and so does my family:) Very greatful for everything:) More

Undecided of a decision we were ready to leave. He mentioned giving us a call a few days later to see if we had any other questions. After a few days we did hear back and at the time decided not to pursue. After a week we went back and tried out another vehicle and went through options and still no pressure to buy. More
