There's so much to say about this whole ordeal, but I'll try to summarize. Firstly, know that their dealer fees are $2,265. This is not a joke. (Although, I can understand thinking that). I spent 2 weeks just trying to talk to someone about a 2015 Rav4 I was very interested in. I was ready to pay cash or finance (whichever they preferred). I went through Sabrina, Martha, Sabrina again, Martha again, Nicholas, Mauricio, and Roger, just trying to get information. I kept getting automated emails asking if I forgot about them, while I was constantly trying to get a human to return an email with something other than "I'll forward this to ___". My first email was sent on 12/31/2020. After 2 full weeks of getting sent around to different people without any actual answers to any of my questions, I got on the website and emailed the highest ranked employee I could find: Nicholas (Service Director). He apologized and assured me he'd get the sales management team on it. 2 days later, I emailed Nicholas again, telling him my next step would be to write a review, because it's been 2 weeks of this. I sent him a spreadsheet of my communication attempts. Within 8 minutes of that threat, I received my first phone call from them, January 13, 2020. Finally someone to answer my questions! Mauricio told me he'd go out and personally take some pictures and videos and send them back in 10 mins; he told me 10 mins over and over. An hour and a half later, Roger called me with the information. I said I was ready to talk numbers if they could repair the clear coat that was coming off. That's when I was told about the $2,265 in dealer fees. I couldn't believe it. $995 for an Admin fee. $695 for a Dealership fee. $575 for a Delivery fee within the state of New York. I told him that was ridiculous. He assured me that every New York dealership would be that price if not more. So of course I called around. Friendly Honda in Poughkeepsie has no dealer fee. Everything is right in the sticker price, and they price well. Same vehicle, same options, same color. They priced $5 cheaper with no dealer fee. Prestige Toyota in Ulster County has a dealer fee of $700. I never found another dealer in my nationwide search that had a dealer fee over $899. I ended up very happy with my purchase from David McDavid in Plano, TX (dealer fee of $282). More
I walked into the dealership yesterday and was instantly greeted by what could only be described as an eager salesman. I barely had time to gather a thought. My eyes instantly went to a 2021 4Runner TRD Pro greeted by what could only be described as an eager salesman. I barely had time to gather a thought. My eyes instantly went to a 2021 4Runner TRD Pro. I was ready to sit down and talk numbers with the salesman when I came across the "idiot sticker." A $25,000 markup on a vehicle that retails at just over $52,000. I have walked out of dealerships before Never to set foot in them again when I saw those and I did again. The salesman had the gal to tell me that "all the dealerships do it." I know this is not true. Sure enough, when I got home I went online and I found the exact same vehicle in Florida. No markup, in fact it they were asking $3,000 under MSRP. Congratulations, you have lost a cash buyer that buys and trades vehicles in a regular basis. You may get someone in there that has more dollars than sense but I'm not it. Stay away, who knows what other b.s they may try to pull. More

They never call and every-time I called my sales person Kelvin he would give me the run around. We finally made an appointment and he told me he would confirm the day before but never followed up. I WOULD NEVER do business with these people EVER again. They are not trust worthy and I will make sure Toyota knows who they are dealing with. If you are looking for an honest dealer Millennium Toyota is not the one for you. More

How many times do I have to return to fix one thing? The service associates ( especially Jessenia) are wonderful. I wish I could say the same about their mechanics. I brought my car in because of an ICS malfunction that was supposed to be part of a recall. They told me that it would be 3 hours. Hours and hours and multiple phone calls later, they told me that it could not be fixed because my car had been in a front end collision ( actually no it had not) and something was broken and needed to be fixed before the sensors could be realigned .I almost missed an appointment in NYC at 5:30 pm because of this nonsense. I had my local mechanic purchase the part and then back to Millenium Toyota when the new computer part they said I needed came in. That was this past Saturday. I had my husband bring it in at 8 am. I took his car to a job I have in Brooklyn. Hours and hours later, they finally told him that they had ordered the wrong part and the work could not be done. I think its time for me to find a new and much more competent service center, don't you? And I think it won't be very hard because Millenium has set the bar amazingly low. More
