Even after reading the instructions I was still confused about the operation of the safety features and the inf I leased a Camry SE a few weeks ago. Even after reading the instructions I was still confused about the operation of the safety features and the information panels. At the suggestion of the service department I brought my car in. I was ably helped by Sylvester Turcios. He did a wonderful job in helping me and answered all my questions. He was patient and super nice. He gave me his card and told me to call if I had any further questions. He is a great credit to the dealership. One suggestion: When someone leases or buys a car a better explanation should be given about the operation of the car. Instead of the salesman perhaps a service rep. should furnish the explanation, as he has a better understanding of the operation of the car. After the visit, I understand the features of the car much better and feel more comfortable driving it. More
