I came in for recall work on a fuel pump. Expecting a fuel pump change will take several hours i waited patiently. He couldn't (or wouldn't) tell me when the work was done. After I get my car back I found the paperwork on the floor of my car. I don't think I will be using milinneum for any further work. More

Very professional and courteous. The only issue I had was that I was told I would have to wait all day for my car to be ready and it was done in 3 hours.
