Ive purchased and serviced 2 vehicles here. The Service department has only improved since I started servicing vehicles with them. Every person around is so friendly! They were more than happy to take the time to double check my car when I purchased it and heard a NORMAL tire noise, but just needed confirmation. Tech was more than happy to actually go on a road test with me to explain the noise and make sure we’re referring to the same thing. I could not have been happier!! Routine maintenance has been a breeze with their express services and look-over of my vehicle. Orlando has been my service advisor every time and he has been nothing but amazing!! He is always so welcoming and helpful, and is very knowledgeable. My car always comes back clean and well taken care of, with Orlando making sure I have no concerns whatsoever! I have no worries with my vehicle in Orlando’s hands!! Sales team is impeccable and so accommodating! I gave found a car I LOVE every visit to their sales department! With my new vehicle, Carlos was beyond wonderful! He has continued to ensure my happiness with my vehicle and has provided the best customer care!! He answered every single one of my questions and make sure my vehicle checks all of my boxes. Just stellar!! More
My issue isnt w Michael but rather your system. I have the extended coverage but after numerous calls I was told repeatedly i did not. Then i check the car in and Michael tells me that i wont know what the issue is until tues since he is off monday. MY car simply wouldnt start and now i have to wait until tues to approve work (is needed)? Who can get away with this stupid rule? after complaining to the mgr he said he would call with news. Of course he didnt, so i had to follow up multiple times to hear that they dont see anything wrong with the car. Then to make it even more annoying my extended warranty didnt cover checking on the car. greg was the only one that followed up without me chasing him down More

Orlando was kind and respectful. I had an issue where my car was scratch. Orlando tried to tell me I came with my car like that but the pictures he showed me proved otherwise. He pointed to some glare and said it was scratch and so I stood my ground and said that was a reflection and not a scratch. Orlando then said he spoke to the manager to try to get me help. I waited 45 mins and no manager came to speak with me. I asked one of the ladies behind the desk where I saw Orlando went to speak to the manager about my status. I was told that the manager is “dealing with a difficult customer.” I told her the manager was supposed to be reviewing pictures of my car and talking with me and I was then told I was skipped over but nothing else was said. I told them I needed to go pick my son up, the woman behind the desk took my information down, then came back and asked if I was okay. I said yes but I was still waiting with no word. She said there was no one in the building, the manager left for a meeting, and that I should just leave and go get my child instead of waiting. I said “well that’s not professional, especially since they told me to wait almost an hour ago.” Meanwhile, not even 2 mins later, I saw the person Orlando spoke with walked past. He was on the phone dealing with another unhappy customer. I was on the phone with my husband and I said I think I was just lied to because the person just walked pass. The lady behind the desk proceed to call me stupid and that I had no understanding. When I confronted her about calling customers stupid, she said I needed to learn to speak to people. Meanwhile it’s running up on 4 hours total I’ve been at this place, 3 hours for the service and 1 waiting to speak to a manager for this scratch so I lost it and let this woman had it. I then spoke with the manager who acknowledged they scratched my car and that they were going to spray it. That’s scheduled for tomorrow, so I am not sure what will happen but I will not be going there again. More
