There was a long wait time (15 min) for seeing a service advisor after you turn your keys over. The staff does not update you about the wait time while your car is serviced. I came in for recall work on a fuel pump. Expecting a fuel pump change will take several hours i waited patiently. He couldn't (or wouldn't) tell me when the work was done. After I get my car back I found the paperwork on the floor of my car. I don't think I will be using millinneum for any further work More
