Appointments mean nothing. The customer service is terrible from the beginning to the end. Sebastian Olivo was my service rep and apparently he works when he wants to and not so much as a hello or any type of greeting to let me know he's back to work. This was at the counter just trying to check in. I asked if I should wait at the shop for the car and was told it would be 2 hours at most. I waited there for 4.5 hours. After paying, it took another .5 hours for the valet to pull up the car. This place is the worst. More

On 3/2/24 I came in to get an oil change and renew my inspection- The service advisor Philip was adamant that my inspection would FAIL and that he was going to see that it failed.
