Got my vehicle appraised , left the store , vehicle price was too high , got called back the same week to come for the same appraisal price with a lower vehicle price , once I’m there Aneudys was very unpro was too high , got called back the same week to come for the same appraisal price with a lower vehicle price , once I’m there Aneudys was very unprofessional , insulted my intelligence , didn’t honor the deal we had already agreed on , lowered my appraisal essentially making it the same deal I declined. Having me waste 2 hours of my time , was very loud and aggressive , I have bought a couple vehicles from this dealership but this experience completely turned me off and will no longer be doing business here . Just some miscommunication at the office the day, I have to leave my car over the weekend in order to get serviced as requested. This dealership has always been great, however this last visit was really horrible due to the expectation that was set. I had to have a few maintenance done on the car and was not sure how long it would tak visit was really horrible due to the expectation that was set. I had to have a few maintenance done on the car and was not sure how long it would take. I asked the advisor for an approximate time and he said it should be about 2 hours. I figured with that amount of time, I could have waited at the center. This was not the case, after waiting about 2 hours and 30 min, I asked the advisor to check on the car, he said that the tech said it will be another 15 minutes. I waited another 45min. To ask again and now he said it should take 5 min. In all I spent 4 hours waiting. This was really frustrating because he did not set the right expectations, I would not have waited at the center and would have made plans to leave and come back. Be transparent and check in on your customers. More
