I had lost faith in Honda service department and was literally dreading having my vehicle serviced. My appointment was scheduled with Ms. Brown, she was very professional, she explained everything that literally dreading having my vehicle serviced. Service center is so unbelievably unprofessional. Lady told me “our mechanics are union i cant promise you anything”. Then she couldn’t find my tonneau cover that had arrived in the computer because Lady told me “our mechanics are union i cant promise you anything”. Then she couldn’t find my tonneau cover that had arrived in the computer because she didn't know how to spell the word tonneau. Continuously berated me and had me wait an hour cause of her lack of knowledge. Had to get Mauricio involved. More
