The salesman (Berto) was awful. Lazy as all get out. Luckily a manager started his shift and finished things out for me. He was very efficient and friendly. I made an appointment for this past Saturday to have the recall addressed. Upon check-in, I was told the repair would take approximately 2-3 hours. After 3.5 hours, I checked in with the desk and was told recall addressed. Upon check-in, I was told the repair would take approximately 2-3 hours. After 3.5 hours, I checked in with the desk and was told they hadn't even started with my car, and would probably be another 2-3 hours. This should have been communicated as soon as I arrived, as I would have made alternative arrangements or rescheduled the appointment. After requesting to have my car returned, I left the dealership. Strangely enough, I was then left a voicemail when the service center closed letting me know they were not going to get to my repair, and I should pick up the keys at the sales office and reschedule. So glad they knew where my car was. This is the 2nd time I've had issues with this service department, timing and honoring appointments, and a lack of transparency. More
