I did end up waiting for 2 hrs for no reason because I wasn’t given directions on where to go, I dropped off my car then got a ticket and since I made an appointment already, I assumed that was enough but wasn’t given directions on where to go, I dropped off my car then got a ticket and since I made an appointment already, I assumed that was enough but apparently needed to check in before they would work on my car. But the lady at the counter was super nice and prioritized my recall and was able to get the job done in 1.5 hrs. So I’m very appreciative of that. Overall I had a nice experience. More

I was told that I originally had a 10:00 am appointment to install two items promised to me. No appointment was booked, and I was added to the queue. After three hours the cross bars for my roof rack were installed. A few days after installation I began to notice a noise when I was driving on the highway at speeds of 50MPH or higher. I called to schedule an app it meant and was told that my appointment was for 12:30. It has now been over three hours in the service center and it is still not completed. There was no point in me dropping off my car at the allotted time if it was not going to be serviced for another two hours. This is extremely frustrating as I just purchased this SUV only six weeks ago. More
