Tonight I dealt with Raymond Brown. I've leased my last few Hondas from this dealership through their product specialist Adeleke, who has always been an absolute pleasure to work with. With my latest lease about to expire, I intended to switch in my 1 car for 2 cars. However, Adeleke was not in when I came into the shop. After dealing with one of the sales managers and a product specialist multiple times in person and over the phone, I finally received an offer I was satisfied with. I went over the numbers many times to verify that I had the accurate numbers. I contacted the product specialist earlier today and, although today was her day off, she offered to travel in from quite a distance to close the deal. On my end, while difficult to do, I left work early to complete this transaction. After picking the colors and handing over my credit card...enter, Mr. Brown. Suffice to say, aside from being obnoxiously rude, he pulled a complete bait and switch on me (i.e. doubling the down payment, increasing the monthly payments and downgrading the cars). Congratulations Raymond Brown. You just caused Honda Millenium to lose a repeat customer! Additionally, I will no longer be referring friends and family to this dealership. No surprise that you are the employee at this dealership with the worst reviews. More

On Wednesday oct 7th I called service and spoke with a female who was apparently a service manager. I explained that my car intermittently would not start when I used the push start. She took down my in female who was apparently a service manager. I explained that my car intermittently would not start when I used the push start. She took down my information and told me to come down and that they may even have a loaner. I drive there and I speak with a rude service advisor who told me he is sure someone told me to come in but I have to take my car and leave. He said try to come Monday. He refused to give me an appointment. I leave and call Honda City in Levittown. I was told I could drop my car off now and gave me a 9am appointment Thursday. The service advisor went multiple times to my vehicle until it finally would not start. I had my car back by 1230 that same day. There is a way to treat customers and you at Millenium have horrid customer service. I have purchased three CRV at Millenium and plan on a new one in next few months. Honda City will be my go to. More

She was excellent in dealing with my process from start to finish despite the intricate issue that had popped up w repair needed for my Honda Accord.
