She didn’t answer my questions and when i asked to speak with a manager talked about me so loudly that i heard her from 6 feet away. This was my 3rd visit in 2 weeks for the same issue and i hope to never have to come back here again. More
This has been so frustrating trying to get it fixed from August 2021 till June 2022. Previous service rep lied to me and told me things were done, when in fact nothing was done. Dragged my repair out for al August 2021 till June 2022. Previous service rep lied to me and told me things were done, when in fact nothing was done. Dragged my repair out for almost 1 year. Returned my car multiple times, and it died on me in the middle of the road. Then he got replaced by Tom K! This was the most refreshing change the dealer could have conducted. Tom K is the most professional and passionate service rep i’ve ever encountered anywhere! He relentlessly fought to expedite my repair and get to the bottom of the real issues. He gave me a bit of hope for the dealer again. Without Tom K, i would rate the dealer as a 1 Star, based on my experiences with my past 2 service reps. Now i bump up my dealer rating to 3 Stars. Tom k would get 10 Stars if it was allowed. Thank You for having him. He needs to be in a managerial position, to oversee and influence other reps to provide World-Class service. More

In my recent experience with Aneudy Vargas the sales manager, I was disappointed to encounter behavior that I found disrespectful and unprofessional. During our interaction, this individual raised their manager, I was disappointed to encounter behavior that I found disrespectful and unprofessional. During our interaction, this individual raised their voice and acted erratically when I expressed that I did not agree with the deal they were offering. When I tried to communicate that I did not wish to engage in prolonged negotiations, the sales manager became visibly frustrated and confrontational. To my surprise, the sales manager then made disparaging comments about the value of my current vehicle, suggesting that I was only receiving a good equity because of a temporary market shortage, and that the vehicle would be worthless compared to one of his new cars. I found these remarks unhelpful and inappropriate. Overall, I was disappointed by the sales manager's conduct and believe that their behavior cost Honda a valuable customer. I hope that in the future, this individual can demonstrate more professionalism and respect for their customers. More

They texted me THAT morning to confirm appointment to test drive a hard-to-find, manual transmission car. I drove an hour and a half total and on arrival, they told me “we sold it yesterday”.
