This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. I bought my car their for an oil change at 9 am. I didn't get my car until noon when the place wasn't busy. This dealership has been the most unorganized, unprofessional I have ever encountered. I do not the point of making a reservation slot if the service is just based on who is present. There is not reason why I should call the service station for an update. The service tech is basically guessing. If wanted answers like “it should resolve the issue” or “there’s a possibility it could be something else” I could go to any service station. I went to Honda to get direct answers and all I got was generic service answers. Please do not reach out to me as I will never go back to this dealership. More
