I was in the market for a certified Nissan Maxima or Infiniti G37X. They did this as I was driving to Warwick Infiniti to purchase a G37X and at a very realistic price. The dealership genuinely seemed to be working toward the interest of the customer, me. Once we were at the finance stage, they were able to get us an even lower rate than promised! Our vehicle just came off the truck a few days before we picked it up. Upon closer inspection, Brian agreed that it was not up to par re: cleanliness and picked up the vehicle at our home, re-prepped it and re-delivered it back to our house, with an inspection sticker the very next day. This dealership (Nissan MIlford, MA) was great. I was greeted quickly, spoke with a representative about my needs and took a test drive in a Nissan Murano (color and style that I wanted) within about 30 greeted quickly, spoke with a representative about my needs and took a test drive in a Nissan Murano (color and style that I wanted) within about 30 minutes. Guy Bedau was very helpful, courteous and I felt extemely comfortable talking with him about options. I did not feel like I was getting the run-around. I had gone to a different Nissan dealer in the area and had an extremely poor experience there (sleazy is the only word that comes to mind) and was reluctant to try Nissan again however I have to say that my experience at the Milford store was fantastic. I would definitely come back to this particular store, and would definitely recommend Guy. I also spoke with another person (?John?) and he was also very helpful. Very happy to know that there are straight-talking dealers out there. More
