The staff definitely makes you feel comfortable and works with you to make the deal. I saw my vehicle on cars.com and email the dealer. Couples of minutes later a gentleman named Ken called me with more information about the car. I work all the way in Boston but he sounded so friendly over the phone that I had to go down Milford (55 minutes from Boston) to check this car. Got there little after 7 and was introduced to Brian, anither very friendly gentleman :) tool the car for a drive and fell on love. Than the financing part came. They worked with me and have me the most money possible for my car ( more than the actually value of the car), got me a discount on the vehicle, was able to get me a very low APR and I was ready to leave with the car that same night!!!!!!! :) very easy to buy a car with them ... You will not even feel the hassle of purchasing a car. I don't take the at home the same night because I wanted some other accessories added to the car... Brian explained me how to take advantages of all of the features in the car gave me his card to call anything happens :) great experience :) I will be back soon !!!!!!! More
I went in to buy a new car with the thought of getting a price and going to another dealership to compare. John McCarthy was so great at working with me that the price was not one I wanted to walk away fro price and going to another dealership to compare. John McCarthy was so great at working with me that the price was not one I wanted to walk away from so I bought a new 2013 Altima that day. He was really helpful in running numbers many different ways for me so I could compare. Armand was very helpful when I picked up the car to go through each of the features with me. I have had the car for a few days and I love it! Thanks to Milford Nissan for helping me out - it was a great experience when buying cars is not always fun!!! More

This was my first experience of purchasing a new car so I do not have many experiences to compare with my experience at Nissan. What I did notice was that the employee (Guy Bedau) who sold me the car seemed do not have many experiences to compare with my experience at Nissan. What I did notice was that the employee (Guy Bedau) who sold me the car seemed honest and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. When it came to the financial process during the last steps in purchasing the car, the finance manager (Jim Wood) did not pressure me or my father into purchasing something that we weren't interested in at the time. The only negative part of the experience was that I felt as if I had been waiting for a long periods of time to talk to staff because the dealership appeared busy that night-it seemed that there was not enough staff at the time. Overall, I thought my experience at Nissan was a very positive one, and I absolutely love my new car. More

The overall experience was positive. Very personable people. I do wish they had been more up front about how long I would end up being there. I asked at the beginning and was told 40 minutes. It also would have been nice if someone had helped me transfer my personal items to the new car. They just kind of walked away once the sales part was done. The other issue is that I drove the car to work this morning and when I got here, I realized I was driving without a sticker. They said they took care of everything last night. So I'll be calling them today and suggesting someone drive to Stow and put the sticker on. Hopefully, they will do that. I don't want to get pulled over. Jim Wood was my favorite part. Explained everything clearly and what a nice guy. They were all very nice. I was just a little disappointed when no one helped me transfer my stuff. More
This was my first car purchase so I don't have anything to compare it to. With that said I honestly don't see how the experience could have been much better. I expected to be swarmed by sales people as soon as I got out of my car, but I was able to look around with out anyone following me around. When I did have a question Brian was very helpful. One thing I really liked was that he let me test drive the car alone. I liked that simply because it allowed me to check out the car without any sales pitch. When I got back from the drive, I told Brian what I was looking for and the next day he had located the car. The buying process with him was straightforward and went very smooth. He was always quick to return calls to any questions I had and simply easy to deal with. Likewise dealing with Jim was just as great. He told me what extras the dealership offered and didn't push when I said no thank you which I appreciated. I happened to go to this dealership because I was in the area, and I'm very glad I did. If you are looking for a Nissan I highly recommend you check this place out. More
