Bill Shaw was a great salesperson, never overpowering, friendly and very informative. WOW what a great experience. This is car buying at its best. No pressure and excellent customer service. My wife and I were looking for a Nissan Murano. We decided to stop in at Milford Nissan on Frida best. No pressure and excellent customer service. My wife and I were looking for a Nissan Murano. We decided to stop in at Milford Nissan on Friday 8/16/13 to see some of the cars we had viewed on the web. We were later than expected and the dealership was closed (around 6:30PM). My wife saw a salesman come out look up at us and then got in his car and left. That is when we realized they must be closed. A few minutes later a gentleman came over to us to see if he can be of assistance. His name was Bob Baillargeon. He was great. Walked around with us a while and after inquiring about what we were interested in Bob showed us where the Murano’s were located. Even showed us one that was not with the other Murano’s. He gave us some insight into them. We told Bob that we were just checking them out tonight but would be buying something in the next day or so. Bob told us he was the General Manager and would be around all weekend and to feel free to come in and take whichever ones we want for a test drive. We left thinking what a good guy. On Saturday 8/17/13 we went back to Milford Nissan to test drive the Murano that we really liked the night before. As we pulled up and started walking into the dealership Bob saw us and came out to greet us (even know there were plenty of customers there). He said he was glad we decided to come back. We let him know which Murano we wanted to drive and he set us up with one of the salesman, Mike. We took the car for a ride and thought it was the perfect one. We went back into the showroom and Bob came right over to see how we liked it. I told him although we really liked it the price was more than we were looking to spend. He said to let Mike take the information on the trade etc. and he will see what he can do to put us in that Murano. Things just got better and better. No hard negotiating. Bob came back with his price and we did counter it and ended up coming to a figure we were both happy with. Again Bob was great he definitely went above and beyond!!! This was nothing like your typical dealership. We decided to get the paperwork done right then and again what a smooth process. We met with Jim Wood, the business manager, and he was very pleasant. We were very comfortable dealing with Jim. He offered various options we could add without any pressure. Jim got us a great rate, even lower than the rate we used in figuring out a monthly payment with Bob. This meant our payment was lower than we expected. The process was very quick. As we were leaving and thanking Bob for everything Jim came out of his office and asked if we want an even better rate. While we were speaking with Bob – Jim had received an even lower rate from the same bank and came out to get us. WHO ELSE WOULD DO THAT!!! He reprinted the loan document in a minute and we were now paying about $10 less per month. Bob had come in Jim’s office as we were leaving and we thanked them both again. We joked around for a minute (where else would that happen) and we were on our way. Picking up our car Tuesday – we can’t wait!! I have bought many cars in my life and have never had such a experience. Thanks again Bob and Jim!! More

Not only was Brian Rogers informative, he was extremely helpful and professional. After I purchased the car, he took the initiative to show me exactly how the radio and Bluetooth both worked, as well as a helpful and professional. After I purchased the car, he took the initiative to show me exactly how the radio and Bluetooth both worked, as well as answering any questions I might have. Jim Wood was also very professional and friendly, while handling the financial end of the purchase. Jeff, the President, stopped as well, to speak with me, on a couple of different occasions, to welcome me into the family of Nissan owners! I was quite impressed with the entire process and am confident that I will receive the same attention every time I come to the dealership. More
My new car purchase of a 2013 Nissan Altima was the best and most comfortable buying experience I have ever had. Brian was very thorough and knowledgable during the entire process, from explaining all of the features of my vehicle in a manner that I could understand easily through the price negotiation. Brian also addressed two concerns I had during the test drive taking care of them instantly. This also made me comfortable and satisfied. Brian then intoduced me to Jim Wood, finance manager. In addition to his complete knowledge of the financial aspects, Jim took great care and time to explain the terms and various options to me. Jim was also very personable and we enjoyed good conversation. Bob Baillargeon, general sales manager assisted me in the completion of the deal. Bob made it clear to me that it was very important to him that I was satisfied and wanted to make sure all of my concerns were taken care of. Bob was extremely friendly and congenial. My overall impression of Milford Nissan was at this dealership, the customer is in no way treated as the proverbial "number." This is the second car we have purchased from Guy. When my 2003 Honda Accord died, I knew I had to go see Guy. When I got there he had 2 cars ready based on my specs. They were both worthy cars that met my requirements. I fell in love with a 2011 Sentra and after some back and forth we came to aa deal that was fair for both of us. I have had the car for about a week now and love it. Absolutely no buyer remorse, but I know if there were an issue they would work with me to find a solution. Definitely recommend Milford Nissan and in particular Guy. More

Very informative and helpful, he took the time to get to know me to find the car that best suited me.
