I dealt with Val Marcano, who went out of his way to find me the vehicle I wanted in an expedient manner. He also explained every step of the buying process with a genuine concern and kindness. I would not hesitate to refer him to future Nissan buyers. Bob Baillargeon was so helpful to me with information that I needed during the time I was without a vehicle. He went out of his way and took so much time in answering my questions and/or finding the answers. This is my second purchase at Milford Nissan and it will not be the last! More

From the very minute I walked into the dealership to the moment I drove away in my beautiful, new car, the entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Val Marcano was so knowledgeable and shared his enthusiasm for his work, which shown through during out time spent together. Val was very accommodating and made the entire process effortless. I was not planning to purchase a car on my first day looking, but I loved the Nissan Rogue and I knew I would not be able to find such an accommodating staff at any other dealership, so I ended up leaving the dealership only a few hours later having purchased my new car. When I picked up my car just two days later, it was in perfect condition. The night that I picked up my car was a rainy one, and Val was kind enough to pull it inside the garage and to try to keep it dry for my big night! Val was also kind enough to spend time to review how to work the voice recognition, navigation and even set-up my bluetooth connection, so when I pulled out of the parking lot, I was able to start using it. Overall, I could not have imagine a better experience with purchasing my new car. Thank you everyone at Nissan Milford! More

Val Marcano was our salesman and he was by far the easiest person to work with. He is what made this experience so easy and hassle free. He took care of us and made it a simple process. They actually care about the customer. We thought we would be paying a certain price and when we got there to pick up the SUV, it ended up being cheaper than expected because they got us an extra $500 Nissan credit. Best service and friendliest sales team. Will be buying next vehicle from Val. More

This is a segment from a letter I wrote to Nissan corporate after making a 250 R/T mile trip from Plymouth Ma to Peterborough NH in my Leaf... ........I was scheduled to have dinner with my daughter at 8PM ( I left Plymouth at 3:30PM) so I set out to the next charge station, Milford Nissan. I had called them . They assured me that they had a CHAdeMO Fast Charging station, and that it was available 24-7. I had only enough charge to reach them, and they were the nearest fast charging station to me. If there was a miscommunication, I would be left in the cold, waiting for AAA. I set out…it was nearing the Milford dealership closing time. And it was dark. I pulled into the Milford dealership lot as they were shutting the lights, and I had 9 miles of estimated charge left. I was met with a warm welcome by all six staff members, including the owner…This Nissan team of gracious professionals could not have been more accommodating. They stayed after hours to ensure my recharging went as expected. They had the Nissan OEM fast charging station, and they invited me in out of the cold, where we all hung around talking Leafs and cars…This is a professional team, and they made me feel part of the organization. I cannot say enough about their welcome and genuine interest in my adventure. The good news is that they are exactly halfway on my trip…a trip I will make many times in my Leaf. On my return I stopped in again to re-charge. Norman Marcano and his brother Val greeted me with enthusiasm and called me by name…We had only met briefly the night before. Impressive. This is important stuff. This is what cements customer loyalty. I have already recommended two sales to Sullivan brothers, my home dealership. I will eagerly send anyone I know or care about to the Nissan Team in Milford. More

Great before we purchased; terrible after. Everyone was pleasant during the purchase process. The problems came after. When we met with the sales associate, we spoke with him AT LENGTH regarding my need for a car that would be good in the snow. When he asked me what was the most important thing I was looking for, I said that it had to have AWD and drive well in the snow. I am an essential hospital employee and have to commute to work regardless of road conditions. I also live on an extremely steep hill and had trouble getting home during winter weather in my previous vehicle. We came to the dealership looking for a Juke SV AWD because we had read about its ability to drive in winter weather. There were no Juke SVs on the lot, so the sales associate showed me a Juke Nismo, which seemed to meet all of my needs. I liked the upgraded features of the Nismo, but asked for verification that it had AWD and would be good in the snow. I was assured that it was. Because of this, I purchased the Nismo and drove it home on November 1st. Upon reading the manual and specifications of my car at home, I realized that the Nismo comes equipped with summer tires. I was not familiar with summer tires, so I decided to do some research. I read online that summer tires were not suitable for winter driving. I promptly called and emailed the dealership to get more information. When I finally received a call back, the sales associate assured me that the summer tires would be perfectly safe in the snow. He said that they sold many Nismos last year and didn't receive a single complaint about winter driving. I asked him to verify this because I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and do not want to put me or my child in any danger. He reiterated that the car would be safe with the tires that are on it. I decided to do more research. First, I called the tire manufacturer, Continental. They told me that summer tires ARE NOT safe to drive in the winter, and that they shouldn't even be on the car when the temperature dips below 45 degrees due to the rubber compound. They said that I would have trouble even driving in a straight line in snow or ice. I then called three other area Nissan dealerships who confirmed this exact statement. Finally, I called the service department at Milford Nissan without revealing my identity. Even they agreed that the tires were unsafe in the winter. I called the sales associate and presented him with this information. At first, he profusely apologized and said he had "no idea" the tires were summer tires. He said he would have to call me back. When he did, he said that he spoke with his manager and because my car had AWD, the summer tires would be fine in the winter. This is simply untrue. He said that the other dealerships were misinforming me because they are Milford Nissan's competitors (even though I didn't tell the other dealerships why I was calling). He again assured me that the car and tires would be safe for me and my baby in the winter. We met with the general manager this weekend who 100% agreed with the sales associate. I had no other option but to spend almost $1000 on all-season tires (not from Nissan) in order to keep my family safe in spite of what I was being told. I am afraid for the other families who may have bought a Juke Nismo from this dealership not aware of the summer tires. This type of misinformation could lead to injury and death. More

Guy and the team were extremely helpful and supportive in listening to the features of the Pathfinder that I needed and were using, but concerned that the new model Nissan - was much more than I needed and concerned that it was bigger than the model I had. I was looking to downsize and was looking at the Murano, but wasn't sure I wanted to give up the 4wdrive option to the AWD vehicle. In the end, the Murano was the right choice for me and I was able to opt with a version that didn't have all the features I was very nervous about - as I'm not computer savy ... Having the option of the electronic seat, gets me high up, so that driving at night won't be an issue and having the AWD and option to keep it in AWD, was the ultimate deciding factor. Guy was patient and supportive, as I'm night blind and needed to do most of the test drives after dark. He was great with arranging his schedule to meet my needs. The team at Milford Nissan, worked well with each other to support the clients needs that were in the building, even if that wasn't "the sales person you went to see". It was a caring atmosphere, which made you feel like one of the family ... and not like any of your past experiences with buying a car. There was no pressure, all were pleasant, friendly and respectful of my time and opinions. What I liked most was that I had it down to two different brands. Guy, nor the sales team did not "bash" the competition, when I was comparing the models and features of what I liked about them and also what my concerns were with each model. Guy acknowledged the likeness in the two models and focused on the benefits of the Nissan brand and what I was stating my needs were ... In the end, this too, made a huge difference in purchasing the vehicle. More

"SMOOTH OPERATION!" (FROM OUT OF STATE BUYER!) With Bill Shaw's professionalism throughout, I knew I'd made the right decision in choosing Milford Nissan to help me find the right vehicle.
