I left with the intention on purchasing an Altima, but thought about it for a little bit and decided it was not the car for me. They respected my decision and did not call me several times hounding me on prices or sales. I recently returned and was able to get the right figures for the car I wanted. They made the process extremely easy and painless. The sales consultants and financial service representative were very respectful and understanding to my needs and wants.
