Felt abandoned, no follow thru / courtesy call When you are looking at the vehicles, they follow you like a puppy dog. After you have the vehicle, they don't know you. Call them and the salesman is busy, on the phone with another customer or not in that day. I bought vehicles from this dealer since the 80's and since i haven't been back in 15 years, thanks to my 02 DODGE Caravan Sport, they have no idea that I was a loyal customer. When I bought a 2017 used Fleet van recently, it wasn't cleaned inside (Cheerios in the front seats) and had dated tires on it. Latest safety recall wasn't completed....I had to make an appointment. I feel this dealership doesn't deserve my loyalty any longer. More
