Excellent service but a bit pricey! The service people could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. Since my visit was an emergency, the service people were a welcome change. The cost of the repair however was a different story. At $104 an hour for service, 3 hours to replace an alternator is a tad unnerving. It was a reminder that service without warrantee coverage is an expensive proposition at Chrysler dealers. More

Service rep. not organized Went to appointment September, 28 for service. Told needed new oil pan/parts had to be ordered, ordered new needed parts. Made follow-up appointment Went to appointment September, 28 for service. Told needed new oil pan/parts had to be ordered, ordered new needed parts. Made follow-up appointment for October 5, at 9am. On October 4, received call from your rep. that no tech would be available on the 5 and she asked me if I could come back Tuesday October 8. I told her no, she then told me to come in on the 5th as scheduled. We hung up, then not 5 minuted later she called and proceeded to tell me that the parts were not there, she would call me when they arrived. Why couldn't she tell me that the first time, then there would have been no need for what I feel was a run around. Now, I am at her beck and call. I bought the car new in 2003 (Chrysler Siebring Convertible), and have always had any service done at your dealership, with no hint of a problem, very efficiently. I am somewhat disappointed at the way things went, and hope that this can be rectified very soon.... More
