The salesman I had I really had no clue about the products that he was selling or had really no customer service skills. In my opinion he should not be a salesman it's not the job for him he gave us products that he was selling or had really no customer service skills. In my opinion he should not be a salesman it's not the job for him he gave us incorrect information. That being said the sales manager John is taking care of the problem for us. However the inconvenience lack of the salesman having knowledge of his product is very unfortunate. I would recommend the dealership however not that particular salesman! More
