Was pretty happy buying my first Jeep. Pros: Got a pretty good deal on a lease turn-in 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited which came with the hard top and some extra aftermarket parts. Cons: previous owner d good deal on a lease turn-in 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited which came with the hard top and some extra aftermarket parts. Cons: previous owner did not turn in 2nd key fob, freedom panel storage bag, tool kit to remove hard top and to which, I have been back and forth with the dealership about. They were supposed to provide a fresh oil change, top off all the fluids, reset guages, and install a rear hitch. I get in the car after I took ownership and the tire only had 18 psi in front d/s tire, so I had to have the mechanic look at it in the shop to find out there was a piece of plastic from the valve cap? Looked to me that there was debris stuck in the valve since I drove it into the shop. Needless to say I'm still sitting on 41, 39,38,and 38 psi. Coolant wasn't topped off but all other fluids look fine. Coolant is actually below add line. I also found rust spots under the vehicle. I told the dealership about this stuff and they said they'd have to (take a look at it). I'm used to working on my own vehicles and would say I know my way around them. Keep in mind I would have to travel 1hr just to get to the dealership. So regarding the hitch, its on back order of course. They couldn't provide me with a time frame of when it'll come in, just said (a few weeks). In regards to the key, they're waiting for it to be mailed in from the previous owner. I had expected a phone call back today with info whether or not they took the freedom panel storage bag and hardtop removal tool kit from another vehicle on their lot, which is what I was told they would do. I was also hounded today about a partial downpayment when I clearly stated I would arrange by calling in a few days.. I had disclosed I was a disabled Iraq war veteran, its sad to see this is how I'm treated. Thru seemed kind and cooperative, but just too busy trying to get sales through. I would recommend these guys but be weary, dealing with a dealership, you never know what will happen. Will have to go out and buy more coolant, deflate my tires so their all at the same psi, and have to sit and wait for storage bag and tool kit which should've been included, and for a hitch to come in. Vehicle had less than 15k miles and was priced above kbb. This is why I give such a low rating. More
