We purchased a 2018 Ram 2500 from them two years ago. Only put 13000 miles on it in the 2 years we had it. We brought our truck to sell to them after we got a letter in the mail stating it was “buy outright” or “clear trade-in” for a certain amount and they offered us WELL below that amount and told us it was “basic” and only worth that amount. We got there around 12:30 on a Saturday and they let us sit there for hours before they even acknowledged us completely and decided to let us know that it wasn’t worth nearly what they wrote on that paper. When we bought the truck there was a totally different group of salesmen/managers there and they were FAR more helpful than all of these people here now. We have referred three people to them and all three have bought vehicles from them. When you refer people you’re supposed to get a 100 dollar check, we received one check and they received thousands! I will NEVER recommend anyone to them ever again. It was disrespectful how we were treated and I would never want anyone to feel like we did that day! More
