There were positives and negatives to my which is why no 5 stars. When I initially inquired about a vehicle, I barely received appropriate response from the so-called internet manager. I had a 2 hour driv 5 stars. When I initially inquired about a vehicle, I barely received appropriate response from the so-called internet manager. I had a 2 hour drive to see this vehicle and didn't want to waste my time. So I made a phone call on a Friday evening because the internet manager didn't respond to my emails. I got Rob Pucci on the line to inquire about a particular vehicle. He told me it was avail. I came down that next morning. There was a little mishap first thing in the morning with the truck, but Rob was a nice guy and I continued. Most important is that the initial price for what I was looking for in a truck was on point. I did purchase but the only other knock I would give was that the mishap with truck, the owner should have knocked a little more off the price. They did fix the problem, but understanding vehicle valuation and being in insurance, I know I am right. More
