The worst service ever. I brought my husbands truck in for an oil change. I had a coupon for $20 off. When I called and asked how much the oil change would be I was told $50 after the coupon. When I called to inquire why and I asked to speak to the service manager I was given to someone named Brandon. Brandon was very rude to me and at one point put me on hold for 17 minutes. When he finally came back on the phone he informed me that I should’ve read the coupon and that it only adhered to the first 5 quarts of oil and that I should know that my truck would take more than 5 quarts of oil. Then I was charged labor for doing the oil change. Never in my life have I gone for an oil change and been charged extra for labor. When I inquire about how much an oil change will be I am given a total price for the oil change. After many years of being away from this dealership for their shady practices I tried to come back and give them another chance since I bought a truck from them. Needless to say I will not be back. Your business practices and lack of morals is the reason why you were being bashed all over social media. You’re only saving grace over there was someone named Melissa who also works in service and was kind enough to speak to me and explain the details of my bill. Brandon needs a course in how to deal with people. His condescending attitude and outright nastiness is enough to make me never go back to your dealership again.
