Not pleased with the service department. Dropped my truck off for repairs while I was on vacation for 12 days. I called for a status update and was told your all set Mr Neale. Brandon is the ONLY person who has helped me get my WE OWE order completed at this dealership. I have been extremely frustrated for the past 9 months trying to get the salesman - Dave S. - to return a cal OWE order completed at this dealership. They took way to long to do a simple repair that was under warranty. The repair literally took 10 minutes to fix. A hose popped of the transmission cooler and just needed reconnected. I called several times asking for a receipt and she told me she was going to send me one but I never received anything. More
