Wish there was -stars they would get one. 😡😡😡 Took my car in for a starter replacement. Service recommended that I replace my plugs which had a misfire on plug #6. There was no sign of misfire because I also have a code reader. I agreed to the plug change because I hadn't changed them since I bought the truck. They also suggested flushing the radiator because they claimed there was sludge which I agreed. Went to pick up the truck after work was completed and did a walk around before I drove out. I noticed a new starter. There were no signs of any plugs replacement but on one. The engine was very dusty and the plug connectors were also dusty. There were no finger prints or sings suggesting that the plug connectors were removed . I say this because I'm also a mechanic and know sings of when work is done. There was also fluid leaking in the front of the truck on the passenger side. I showed it to the service guy. The heater core was leaking he said. I never had any problems with my heater core until the radiator was flushed. I think to much pressure was used to flush the radiator which caused it to fail. I spoke to the service manager who was really nasty and unprofessional who also hang up the phone on me. I had to pay almost $500 to fix a problem that they created. I lost 3 days of work because of that. I must say service man Joe was very helpful. Thank u joe, but I will never go there again and I will never recommend anyone to Milford Chrysler. More
