Charlie was great in helping us get what we needed Traded in my old 2008 Expedition or a new Grand Cherokee Altitude. Although it doesn't have the same amount of amenities such as the Limited, High Alt Traded in my old 2008 Expedition or a new Grand Cherokee Altitude. On top of that, the people over at Milford are friendly and easy to work with. I hate spending time negotiating at dealerships and I must say that this has been my quickest yet. Would recommend but trust your instincts I had an overall good experience with Milford Chrysler. I got a good car for a reasonable price and I am happy with my choice and experience. There were two things however that left a bad taste in my mouth. First the salesman seemed desperate for me to buy the car. He was more than accommodating and really just down my throat the whole time I was trying to make a decision. Second he didn’t seem to know what he was talking about with the specific car I chose. He made a comment about it having a hand brake and that being rare. Seeing as I bought a Manual, that’s kind of necessary to park. While test driving I mentioned that it felt like the car needed an alignment and he told me that it was the road we were driving on. Now not even 100 miles later I am taking it in to get a desperately needed alignment. These things still did not stop me from buying the car that I did for the price that they gave me and I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the area. Just do your own research, trust what you know and stand your ground. More
