Warranty Claim Breakdown When our Jeep broke down and we called chrysler.cross country the warranty towed it in at no cost. Management Is A Very Poor Representation Of This Dealership I want to start out by saying that my Poor rating is NOT a reflection on the part of the Salesman (KD) who initiated my lease, as well as the Service I want to start out by saying that my Poor rating is NOT a reflection on the part of the Salesman (KD) who initiated my lease, as well as the Service Dept. (CB) and all it's employees including the Receptionist who all were very nice, very professional and helpful and why I don't check their names off below. It's a shame that Management; specifically (JF) , is apparently incapable of possessing the same courtesy towards customer satisfaction. From my initial and only encounter I was very poorly treated by (JF) who was unprofessional, disrespectful, badgering, nasty and your typical untrusting/lying car salesman as most refer to a car salesman as being. After being very uncomfortable and unsure of the entire transaction, I was led into the finance office and instead of (JF) asking how he could help or hearing my concerns he storms into the room yelling and stating facts repeatedly shoving my contract in my face (that of which I did not possess at that point). When I asked repeatedly where in the contract does it state there is no cooling off period, he scanned through the contract and was unable to find this fact he was stating. Essentially he was stating a Fact that wasn't written in the contract nor had it been posted anywhere in the dealership which I believe goes against 301.4 General provisions - motor vehicle dealer practices. However, (JF) did make statements that certain things actually written in the contract can ultimately be ignored at the end of contract. I'm not only unimpressed by the practices of Management in this dealership, but much is very questionable at best. Being that I have a very high credit score, I believe that my lease payments were figured at a high money factor rate not reflecting my score and that information will not be given to me, so I maintain that I have been taken advantage of unless I am proven wrong. However, my mistreatment is totally unacceptable! Since I was bullied into accepting my current vehicle and the lease terms, I have repeatedly asked to meet with the owner of the dealership to discuss the manner of which I was treated and to get some still unanswered questions only to be ignored. Apparently, he is too busy to be bothered with customer dissatisfaction. To date I have reported my mistreatment to Chrysler Capital and entered a complaint with them as well as put a call into Chrysler Corp and intend to take it further when I am able come up with answers on my own. As long as Management and ultimately the Ownership of this Dealership continue to operate in such poor fashion, I will NOT recommend friends or family to this dealership nor will I return any of my business to them in the future. Any time the car is brought in, they will check the oil, air pressure etc. and let you know what is due to be worked on. More
