I saw a car I liked online so I went by the store. No salesman were there yet. They told me come back later. Went got breakfast, ate and came back. I got back to my car parked in front of store. I walked in and chased down a salesman. No test drive. He filled out some paperwork discussed some numbers, drove my trade...a black on black on black 2018 Ford Explorer XLT 75k miles in very good condition. He said he would have an answer for me later. Later he called me. Salesman said your car is ready come get it. Done deal. I get there and I get accused of stealing someone's article of clothing that they have me on tape. I said BS call the cops. They didn't. Now they want a thousand or more so down than what was agreed. Done deal? I drove from kingsville to calallen for nothing. Came home empty-handed, a tank of gas lighter and humiliated. After 4x in the service dept for the same problem we finally got the vehicle back with bolts missing from the vehicle stopped by state trooper to warn me of the hanging piece from my vehicle. I'm beyond disappointed the way she handle and I will not purchase or deal with this company since I had this experience. More
