Beth in the service department directed me to a man named Keith who helped me trade in my vehicle and drive away with a 2018 Forester in a matter of hours. He listened to my needs and was genuinely looking out for my best interest. Keith understood that I was a teacher with a budget and worked as hard as he could to get me into a safe vehicle. To anyone looking for a good service and/or buying experience, I would highly suggest working with Beth (service) and Keith (sales) at Mike Shaw Subaru!
