What Others Say

This group is why nobody enjoys car buying through a dealership. First they tried to overcharge me twice. They had lowered the price online three days prior but when I went to purchase, the paperwork had the old price. Then, once that was corrected, they added on a handling fee of over $600, which my salesman told me I wouldn’t need to pay, so that got corrected again. Each correction lasting 30 minutes. Then over a month later I went into DMV to register it and they hadn’t received the paperwork yet. Always fun waiting in DMV lines. I called the dealership and left 3 voice messages and sent an email, asking for a return call regarding my purchase. Crickets. Go Carvana.

Awesome experience with Mike Shaw Subaru. Our Salesman Rob Oja was on point! Was very refreshing to have someone helping out that has fully mastered all of the package types and trim levels for their inventory. Fantastic experience - great dealership sales process - couldn't recommend more!

They bribe their customers to take down bad posts btw. Don’t fall for it. We did. PT. 2 These people are actually awful. We expressed that repairs with the car were ongoing. They said they'd had a truck available they would trade and see our car as cash value. Dan Peeples lied to my wife. He lied to me. We are now stuck with a car that has exceeded its cost in repairs. They even ignored us when we called only to be fully staffed on my arrival. The repairs for the car have now totaled just north of $8,000. These were individuals who made it clear they were here to help. Do your research. Ponder the car market. Remember you're doing them a favor. You have my word that they are not as genuine as they seem and the consumer foots the bill. ---- Pt. 1 So my wife and I purchase a car from Mikes Subaru. Cash. In around 13 hours, that same car was spewing coolant all over the inside of the hood. My car was overheating and a few advertised features weren't working properly. Additionally they informed me of an airbag recall that they would take care of. We take the car back and they said they are going to make it right. It felt genuine at the time. Well, it would seem they lied. Fast forward to $1,400 and a few weeks later where I am currently sitting in a mechanic shop for the same issue they told me was taken care of. They salesman couldn't even tell me if they took it to get the airbag taken care of. My mechanic told me they didn't even bother to clean a part that had caked up so badly, it needed replacing. They sold me a lemon while hyping up the car almost to the point of annoyance. Please be quiet, I'm going to buy the car. I do not recommend them when there are so many other dealerships.

Always come to this location for my routine service. Service members (worked with Ben today) are knowledgeable and friendly. It has such a pleasant waiting room experience that is extremely well cared for. Top tier as it is impeccably clean, entertaining, and great complimentary snacks/coffee. Love how they offer mugs for customers to help with waste, and the free dog tags engraving! The kids corner is awesome with coloring pages with nice sharp colored pencils, kids table, and busy boards on the wall. We didn’t even realize the hour had passed while waiting with my 4 year old.

Clifford S was our salesman and I couldn't ask for a better man. He was very professional with great knowledge of the car. There was no pushy ness or arrogance on his part, like I was talking with a friend.

Worked with Cliff Swaim to purchase my new Forester. I have worked with him before because he is patient, explains the process well and understands my preferences and likes in cars. Another reason I like working with Cliff is his many years of experience that he has working at this location. I'm very pleased with my new vehicle.
