He personally took control of the paper and put it in front of the necessary people to get it corrected. An "above and beyond" person that transcended just getting the commission. I arrived at your dealership this past Thursday. I got out of my car was walking around trying to locate any new Outbacks. I went inside to your "sales" area and not one person was in there. I saw guys wa out of my car was walking around trying to locate any new Outbacks. I went inside to your "sales" area and not one person was in there. I saw guys walking around with shirts that said they worked there, NOT A SINGLE PERSON SAID A WORD TO ME OR EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED ME. I went back outside and the same thing, guys walking right by me. I clearly was looking around. I went back inside sat at a table, right in front of the locker things you store keys in, and called other dealerships. Again, not one person said a word to me. I proceeded from your place to Autonation Subaru on Arapahoe and was welcomed with open arms. I test drove a new Outback Premium that day (they had one for test driving only). I was told they had a 2022 Outback Premium arriving on Monday, would I like a to hold it. I said yes. It actually came in the next day, Friday. I went in and signed the papers and am now the owner. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR DEALERSHIP. YOU LOST A SALE THAT DAY. YOU REALLY NEED TO REEVALUATE OR RETRAIN YOUR SALES STAFF. More
