I am so luck to be able to see him each time, and even when he is not there, I have had service through Beth and she is great too. I never feel like they are pushing needless work on to me. Very happy, A+ The only thing I would consider to be a drawback is over the years it seems like they are trying to push more work through which I do not like. Don't be greedy Mike Shaw, ensure that your reputation stays amazing because of the fantastic service you do. Don't over work your mechanics just to squeeze in 3-4 more cars, otherwise, they rush and your quality goes down. I have only had one questionable incident, but lets make sure that doesn't happen again. Quality over quantity. More

Keith is great Keith Tracynski is the best salesman I have ever encountered. He is very knowledgeable about the Subaru. He told me everything i needed over the phone and showed me everything i needed to see in great detail of the vehicle of intrest. After negotiating and coming to an agreement on price, Keith Traczynski personally worked with my bank to square away any thing needed for the trade for the deal to be done. This was nice for me i was able to come in after my long drive and look over the vehicle then sign some papers and i was able yo leave all within the hour. Keith Traczynski even stayed passed his scheduled work day several hours to make sure when i arrived he was there to meet me and make sure everything went as discussed and all Promises were met. Very helpful Courteous staff, from the techs that detailed the car and brought it to me to the sales team and receptionist at the front counter.
