Sheisty scam artists Dishonest, deceptive, terrible dealer. Gives the name "Stealership" new meaning. I called ahead of time on the day I went to visit them, to see if Dishonest, deceptive, terrible dealer. Gives the name "Stealership" new meaning. I called ahead of time on the day I went to visit them, to see if a car listed on their site was on the lot still. They said yes. So I drive 30 minutes to get there, and of course it sold yesterday and they lied to get me to the dealership. Sales guy says they have 3 other cars of the same model. Ok, show them to me. Two of them have over 200k miles, not interested. The 3rd is a 2008 with 150k miles. still too many miles, and overpriced, but i figure I'll check it out anyway. Salesman says he's bringing the car around. 25 minutes later, still no salesman. Talk to the secretary, and she tells me some BS story about how the car in front of it in the lot had a dead battery. Sales guy finally shows up with the car and tells me that *2* cars in front of it had dead batteries. Hands me a listing that clearly says the car is a v6, and starts telling me how it must be wrong, it has to be a V8 because of how it drives (i told him i was looking for the V8, so he's clearly trying to trick me into thinking it's the V8. I walk outside to look at the car and the guy keeps kind of blocking me from going around the car, still trying to convince me it's a v8, when it says v6 on the side. I finally get around him to the other side of the car, and the entire passenger said of the car is utterly destroyed, like the Hulk himself just decided to tear into it for fun. Doors and quarter panels just totally wrecked and/or missing. No mention on the listing, no mention from the sales dude. $14k for a base level Toyota with 150k miles and completely destroyed body that clearly came from a wreck, with not one single mention anywhere of the condition of the car. Oh, and DID I MENTION THE TIRES ON THE CAR WERE FLAT? wasted 2 hours of my day and made sure I will never deal with any dealer or brand having anything to do with this place. Thanks, Mike Shaw, for personally proving once again how utterly dishonest and worthless car dealerships are. What a s*** show. Stay far away. If I could give a zero rating, I would happily do so. Thanks for wasting my time and therefore my money before I even bought a car. More

Issue was with vehicle being online and advertised with discounts. When we sat down to talk numbers we were told msrp was best price = frustrating. We were not asked which charity we would like to donate to and have not received our ski passes. Overall happy and would recommended this dealership. More
