Whether it was for general maintenance or new tires the staff were f I have had my car serviced at mike Shaw Subaru since buying my outback in 2016. Whether it was for general maintenance or new tires the staff were friendly and timely. If they needed to keep my car longer they offered a loaner. I have to give a special thanks to Beth who helped save me $700 on a new windshield when she noticed the crack in my windshield was a pressure crack and not due to debris. Since it was a pressure crack she was able to get it covered under my warranty. This is the first dealer service I have ever recommended and it’s well deserved. More

Lying won't call us back We got a car from them . They lyed a bout out interest rate . Justen added on warrenty for tired with out asking . Tells us out down payment was 2500 We got a car from them . They lyed a bout out interest rate . Justen added on warrenty for tired with out asking . Tells us out down payment was 2500 dollers . Come to find out that was 1400 for warrenty 600 for the dealer fees and another 600 dollers for tire warrenty . They snuck in our paper work . Have called 3 times with no call back . Will not be back More
