The absolutely worse experience EVER. They sold my retired husband a used 2006 Dodge Dakota that they knew had major issues. After paying for a rebuilt transmission, catalitor converters, They sold my retired husband a used 2006 Dodge Dakota that they knew had major issues. After paying for a rebuilt transmission, catalitor converters, brakes, tires, ball joints and struts we have paid over $7,000 in repairs and no one will even return our calls. We have paid more in repairs than we paid for the truck. Do not buy used from them, they just want to make a sale and then will ignore you CROOKS!!!!! More

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVCE!!! I bought a brand new 2022 Subaru Outback from Mike Shaw Subaru in September 2021. I was planning on driving my new car to California in October, so I brought my brand new 2022 Subaru Outback from Mike Shaw Subaru in September 2021. I was planning on driving my new car to California in October, so I brought my brand new car to Mike Shaw Subaru for an oil change at 2,024 miles on October 20th to guarantee I’ll be safe on my trip. When I picked up my car I was driving down 104th and my oil light turned on, so I turned around and went back to the dealership. When I got there an advisor pulled the dipstick and it didn’t look like there was any oil on the dipstick. It was 6pm so all the techs were gone for the day, so he told me to leave the car there and a tech would look at the car in the morning. I got there at 7am the next day and Danny, the assistant service manager, brought out technician, Bob, who has 4.4 quarts of oil in a jug which is how much oil my car takes. Bob put in half the jug, then checked the dipstick and the car still wasn’t full of oil, so he put the rest in. After all 4.4 quarts were put into the car then my car was full of oil. Bob confirmed that my car left the lot with no oil in it. Alex was the technician that did my oil change. He marked on my inspection that my car had oil in it which is false, which means he didn’t even do a thorough inspection. If he would have done his job correctly my car wouldn’t have left that lot without oil. Danny and the service manager Kevin have completely wiped their hands clean of the situation. I had to go to Subaru of America to get any type of satisfaction. Only Subaru wants to try to fix the situation. Danny and Kevin don’t want to do anything to fix the situation. First they told me they would send my oil off to be analyzed 4 times per year for 2 years and now they are saying they will just run a magnet through the oil and not send it off. They also told me I would be refunded for the oil change and I have yet to see that. My engine could very well be compromised and seize up on me one day because of what Alex did to my car and Danny and Kevin don’t even care. I will never be bringing my car here again because I do not trust them to do good work and either should you. If they can’t do a basic oil change, what makes you think they can more complicated services correctly? STAY AWAY!! More
We had a great experience at Mike Shaw Subaru. Eric G. was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He was also readily available to answer all of our many questions. Despite this not being a consumer’s was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He was also readily available to answer all of our many questions. Clifford Swaim III, Internet Sales Manager made for a very positive, honest, and courteous car buying experience. He took the time to explore many options, prices, delivery details (buying a car is REALL very positive, honest, and courteous car buying experience. He took the time to explore many options, prices, delivery details (buying a car is REALLY different with today's world), but a good ole fashion competent advisor gave the car salesman stereotype a very positive twist. That was very much appreciated. AND after the deal was done and paid for, I had some paper amendment for MVD to finalize the registration and licensing. I called Cliff, and while trying to re-familiarize myself to him, Cliff interrupted me, and very graciously said, "I remember you! How can I help you?" He personally took control of the paper and put it in front of the necessary people to get it corrected. An "above and beyond" person that transcended just getting the commission. Anyone looking for a great car...Crosstrek... and has the usual apprehension about the dealership experience, do yourself a favor, go to Mike Shaw Subaru and ask for Cliff Swaim! More
