Taking my car for routine maintenance turned out to be a very uncomfortable experience for me. I don’t know the service advisor’s name (I believe it started with a B?) and I can’t find it because the website hasn’t been updated in what looks like years because they are still claiming to still be a “family-owned” dealership (they aren’t).
