Alex V was super helpful with explaining the options — and that because of the options I picked it would take 8 to 12 weeks. When it looked like it might go a couple of weeks over, he kept me calm and the car (which is great) came in right at the 12 week mark. Great people. Low pressure. Excellent location for those of us north of Denver. You might have to bargain a bit for your discounts but you’ll also likely get more than the no-haggle places. Since it was my first time ordering a vehicle, I don’t know if it’s customary to offer a loaner in the meantime. They eventually offered but only after I whined a bit. (Again, I’m new to the negotiating thing so maybe that’s on me). Day of pickup, I was in and out of there in a flash. More
