Road Trip on Time Brought my vehicle in for engine recall work as well as multiple other issues on a Thursday. When I explained that I really was hoping to be able to head out on my 3 day road trip on Saturday, Wally the service rep told me they would do what they could to make it happen and they did! All issues taken care of and was able to leave when planned. They gave me a great loaner car and made quick work of the drop off and pick up.
