We were interested in a new Forester Sport and Rob helped us get exactly what we wanted. Our previous vehicle was over 12 years old, so I had no idea how any of the new electronic features worked. Rob was great at explaining them all to me without making me feel stupid or silly for asking questions. He was patient with us while we got all of our financing and down payment in order and truly made the whole experience as easy as possible. He also went above and beyond to get me the color I wanted (Dark Blue Pearl) when the vehicle they had in that color was dealer traded to another dealership. When we need our next vehicle I'll definitely be giving him a call! More

Excellent Customer Service on more than 1 occassion! I had an intermittent problem with my vehicle and the customer service Representative "Wally" and the technician (unfortunately I can't remember his n I had an intermittent problem with my vehicle and the customer service Representative "Wally" and the technician (unfortunately I can't remember his name) went above and beyond to resolve the problem. The technician also went on two separate rides with me in the vehicle to assist him in diagnosing the problem. He wanted to ensure he understood what I was experiencing since it was an intermittent problem. I've been to many Subaru dealerships in the last couple years as I have traveled around the country but none of them compares to Mike Shaw Subaru. Extremely courteous, patient. They took the time to discuss the issues at length and made every effort to ensure I understood what was happening to resolve the problem. As long as I am in the Denver area this my dealership!!
