My wife wanted to do a test drive, etc. Kevin and the team was very supportive and let me take my time. I even mentioned that I was going to drive a competitor. Eventually on the day we were ready to buy, there was a ton of snow on the ground. We couldn’t get out of the neighborhood. I called and they came to pick me up! In all my time there, it was all very efficient. Other dealerships would go get the key and leave me sitting around for 30 mins or more with no communication. These guys were on it. Even the buying experience was efficient. And no real attempts to upsell unnecessary stuff. All in all, a great experience and a very satisfied customer. More
