I have a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy and from the moment I set foot onto the lot to when I drove off and until now, I felt welcomed and satisfied with the process, the people, and my purchase. I was up front with them and they were totally up front with me. They allowed me the time I needed to make a decision, but moved when I was in a hurry. I told them I was pre-financed; did they fret or complain? No. They actually beat my bank’s financing and saved me money – and I do a lot of business with my bank. I didn’t receive a meal or even a massage like you get from one of those “experience” dealerships, but I did receive excellent service and a great price from professional people like William and Randon who knew about the process and could comprehend my needs in a vehicle. One person quickly pulled up the car while I was tended to by another person, even though they were busy. Then I was quickly shown another car, and never told to just wonder the lot like so many of those flaky salespeople who didn’t know their inventory, or who couldn’t find the car I wanted. At the end of the day, I drove a little further and paid what they quoted, but after searching for a year, I found that the vehicle was still thousands of dollars cheaper than those “experience” dealerships and suited my needs, not the salesman’s. With the money I saved, I’m taking the family on vacation. Now that’s an “experience!” More
